Description
As part of the Cook Children’s campus expansion, Linbeck constructed a new medical office building and a 469-space garage. The Rosedale Office Building was Linbeck’s first contractual multi-party IPD project, constructed to serve the Cook Children’s Healthcare System. The free-standing, five-story office building is adjacent to a fully secured seven-story precast concrete parking garage. Site amenities included a 15-foot fountain, a covered plaza with skylight, and a 1,000 SF LED media mesh screen mounted to the garage façade that showcases artwork and creative content selected by the Cook Children’s staff.
