Description
In celebration of its 60th anniversary, Nolan Catholic High School developed a campus master plan that would preserve the school’s history while simultaneously upgrade its facilities to satisfy the school’s modern needs. The multi-faceted plan included renovations to the interior of an existing building and courtyard, upgrades to the main entry driveway and central campus plaza, and construction of an outdoor learning center and Integrated Design Engineering & Arts (IDEA) Building. The project also entailed the construction of a new weight room and NCAA-certified natatorium, which houses a 10-lane, 75-foot-long swimming pool, a diving platform, full-scale/commercial-grade pool equipment, a dehumidification unit, a one-stop elevator, full-scale ADA accessible men’s and women’s locker rooms, and spectator section.
