Description
The Hankamer Cashion Academic Center at Baylor University is a vibrant space for the Department of Computer Science and the Engineering and Computer Science Undergraduate Programs office. It features advanced computer science labs, faculty offices, classrooms, and collaborative study areas, along with research labs, capstone project rooms, and graduate student offices. Linbeck led the renovation of the 1960s-era Hankamer building, blending its historical charm with modern upgrades across six floors. This included façade improvements, landscape enhancements, and the replacement of seven elevators. A key feature is the atrium, which connects the Hankamer and Cashion buildings, flooding the space with natural light and providing a welcoming environment for meetings and study.
