The Medical Clinic of Houston (Medical Clinic) is a 133,100 SF, six-story internal medicine building that offers primary care and sub-specialty services. Utilizing the latest technologies, they provide diagnostic imaging services, cardiology, nutrition education, infusion services, rheumatology, and more. The Medical Clinic is situated on a highly confined site and is surrounded by a residential neighborhood, local university, adjacent clinic and parking lot, and highly trafficked roads. To account for these constraints, Linbeck planned all activities carefully to reduce disruptions to the area. In total, the Medical Clinic project included the construction of a core and shell building, various tenant improvements, and the addition of a seven-story, 600-car parking garage.
