Description
Since its beginnings in 1979, Sundance Square has become a bustling shopping, residential, and entertainment district in the heart of downtown Fort Worth. During this period of development, Linbeck helped introduce two significant buildings to the area: Sundance West, a 12-story residential complex, and Sundance East, an entertainment and commercial establishment. Architecturally, Sundance West’s Post Modern style complements that of early Fort Worth. The building boasts a brick and limestone facade and includes a theater, restaurants, retail shops, and two levels of underground parking. Sundance East extends the region’s entertainment and retail offerings through multiple structures that include a five-story office building, movie theatre, bookstore, cafe complex, and upscale restaurant that offers views of the neighboring Bass Performance Hall.
