Description

This five-story, energy-efficient building was designed to meet the growing needs of the University of Houston’s expanding student population, with a focus on modernizing academic spaces and fostering collaboration. The lower two floors are dedicated to state-of-the-art teaching spaces, equipped with advanced technology, as well as informal collaboration areas and administrative offices. The upper three floors provide academic and office spaces to accommodate the C.T. Bauer College of Business’s expansion. The building features eight 80-seat general-purpose classrooms, testing and writing centers, student lounges, breakout rooms, conference rooms, administrative offices, and a large multipurpose hall. This facility supports the academic and professional growth of Bauer College students, faculty, and staff, while seamlessly integrating into the broader campus environment.
