Description

Linbeck led the renovation of the MD Anderson Rotary House International, enhancing all 322 guest rooms, suites, and corridors. This 11-story full-service hotel remained fully operational throughout the renovation, with careful planning to minimize disruptions. The project involved upgrading room finishes, fixtures, soft goods, hard goods, and bathrooms, including necessary kitchenette improvements, all in compliance with relevant standards. A meticulous schedule was developed to address the hotel’s high occupancy rates, ensuring minimal time and cost impact. Comprehensive safety measures were implemented, including the separation of construction zones from patient and family areas, noise reduction strategies, and infection control procedures, ensuring a secure and efficient work environment.
