Description
Wyeth BioPharma (acquired by Pfizer) was one of the largest pharmaceutical and healthcare product companies in the world. In an effort to further Wyeth’s advanced research and innovation, Linbeck retrofitted an existing warehouse to include state-of-the-art labs, an infrastructure-redundant data center, administrative engineering offices, fitness center, 200-seat cafeteria, and a controlled cGMP pharmaceutical storage area. Linbeck also built a Central Energy Plant and transformed an underutilized warehouse into a modern Research and Development Center focused on providing cutting-edge research, as well as bench-scale development of pharmaceutical processes including lyophilization, aseptic fill, spectrometry, HPLC purification, and drug formulation and testing.
